JOB
BRIEF


We are looking for skilled and motivated service staff to
take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers.


The right candidate uplifts the dining experience for
customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality
and perseverance to thrive in this role.


We expect you to greet and serve customers, provide
detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties
and collect the bill.


If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments,
we’d like to meet you. To be a successful service staff, you should be polite
with our customers and make sure they enjoy their meals. You should also be a
team player and be able to effectively communicate with our kitchen team to
make sure orders are accurate and delivered promptly.


Keep in mind that service staff may require working in
shifts and/or occasionally during weekends and holidays.


Ultimately, it is your duty to provide an excellent overall
dining experience for our guests.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet cheerfully and escort
customers to the right table.




    Understand the present menu and provide detailed
    information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food
    allergies).

    Prepare tables by setting up
    linens, and silverware.

    Inform customers about the
    month's or day’s specials.

    Offer menu recommendations upon
    request.

    Up-sell additional products
    when appropriate.

    Take accurate food and drink
    orders, using POS ordering software, and order slips. Double-check always.

    Communicate order details to
    the Kitchen Staff.

    Serve food and drink orders.

    Check food, drink and service
    satisfaction during the meal.

    Arrange table settings and
    maintain a tidy dining area.

    Deliver checks and collect
    bills for payments.

    Double-check guest satisfaction
    and take direct feedback from customers to report to your manager if any.

    Able to carry dirty plates,
    glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.

    Follow all relevant health
    department regulations.

    Provide excellent customer
    service to guests.

    Regularly attend meetings and
    training required by the restaurant.

    Execute tasks that are assigned
    by superior levels.

    Able to access the POS Back
    Office system to edit menu, pricing, etc.

    Able to do e-invoices.

    Handling POS and cashier
    station during the service(cash in-out, card machine, purchasing report).

    In charge of or associate with
    the supervisor to work on the food delivery system if required.

    Able to solve all the
    customer's complaints in association with the manager if needed.

    Be creative in getting and pushing
    the service team to get reviews (mainly on TA).

    In charge of training new
    trainees and reporting to the manager.

    Check service equipment
    inventory occasionally to send orders to the manager.

    Able to be relocated to other
    branches by Marcel Group.



REQUIREMENTS

Honesty with a good attitude.



    Attentiveness and patience for
    customers.

    Excellent presentation skills.

    Strong organizational and
    multitasking skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced
    environment.

    Active listening and effective
    communication skills.

    Pay attention to details and
    currency.

    Team spirit.

    Be able to work in the
    independent section if required.

    Flexibility to work in
    different shifts.

    Hard-working.

    Be able to work during the
    weekend and most national holidays.

    Fluent in English.

    Having at least 6 months of experience with an equivalent position.

    Having experience in the
    Hospitality Industry is a plus.



SALARY: 7.000.000 - 8.000.000/month. Probation maximum 1
month, 85% salary. Flexible working hours.
