1. JUNIOR TALENT ACQUISITIONSCOPE OF WORK
1/ Talent Acquisition ( 80%)
Partner with hiring departments to determine the recruitment needs including selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
Develop a consistent and solid recruitment process to identify and select the right candidates.
Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time.
Ensure to bring candidates great experience when they come to Inspire Lab by taking care of HR operation activities: e.g., comprehensive interview, issuance of offer letters, on-boarding of new employees, etc.
2/ Employer Branding ( 20%)
Assist in promoting Inspire Lab brand through social network channels or career fairs.
Utilize, promote & roll out employee engagement activities with other teams.
Build & execute a diverse talent pipeline for current and future vacancies. (career talk, job fairs).
QUALIFICATION
1-2 years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition in Tech companies
Understanding of selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
University degree or equivalent in a relevant field of studies
Strong planning and analytical skills
Well organized, high sense of responsibilities, teamwork
Interested in Employer Branding and Employee Engagement is a plus
Flexible and quickly adapt to new changes;
Good Computer Skills (Word, Excel);
2. RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMINSCOPE OF WORK Manage the reception area, answer incoming calls, take and deliver messages. Perform general administrative ( office management, event planning, etc) Assist with Client leasing contracts, Client information database, Office documentation; In charge of office inventories, office hand-over. Manage meeting booking and meeting facilities. Perform other duties and services as assigned by BOD.QUALIFICATION Excellent communication skills. Great personality with strong energy. Good organizational, planning and multi-tasking skills. Good at computer/office skills. Dynamic, active and hard-working; Good-looking is preferable.
