Tuyển Thực tập sinh phòng nhân sự-time 2022

Recruitment:


Post and update job ads on job boards, careers pages and social networks monthly.


Arrange the interview with candidates weekly.




Execute theonboarding processfor new hires (collect new employee’s information, welcome new hire at first day, support about IT/ admin/ HR process on probation…)

Follow up theemployee’s documents, labor contracts monthly compliance with C&B timeline.

Coordinate with internal HR functions to supportHR events(online and offline).



What we need:


Fresh graduate from relevant majors, HR background or experience as a similar junior HR role is a plus

Proactive communication skills both in English & Vietnamese, verbal & non-verbal

High integrity, hard working, result-oriented

Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.

Must be flexible for overtime working and have enthusiasm for teamwork and fast-paced environments.

Good at MS Office applications (word, excel, PowerPoint)

Experienced in extra-curricular activities involving organization skills is an advantage.

Working 5 days/week.
