1. Job description:
- Manage the company’s social media channel includes: website, fanpage, zalo, linkedin, …;
- Undertake
market research and establish the best way to reach target groups;
- Plan, prepare and manage the publication and distribution of publicity materials;
- Establish and follow innovative seeding topics on Facebook Group to attract target customer;
- Improve the company’s social media strategy through competitor and market analysis, detailed analysis and reporting then making and implementing recommendations;
- Stay up to date with
Digital Marketing trends, potential new channels and strategies to stay ahead of the market including updates to social media marketing, Google & Facebook Ads, …;
- Manage the organisation’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system;
- Organise a calendar of marketing events, such as promotions, exhibitions, workshops, …;
- Other tasks will be discussed in the interview.
2. Qualifications and requirements:
- University graduate with more than 2-year working experience in digital marketing field;
- Strong skills in digital marketing tool (Google, Facebook Ads, YouTube, Instagram, …);
- Positive and creative thinking throughout the whole process of problem solving;
- Honest, proactive, responsible, able to work independently and hard working under high pressure;
- Strong communication skills;
- A keen eye for creative art works, storytelling ability are advantages;
- A thorough working knowledge of Google Analytics; Facebook Ads, SEO, Seeding, Email & SMS marketing.
3. Working conditions and benefits:
- Working time: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am – 12am (Saturday)
