Job DescriptionWe are looking for one high-performing marketing specialist to help spread the word about Levitate. The main objective of our marketing department is to generate real estate leads for our latest projects and to drive bookings for our sales office “Design Hubs” in
Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.You will work closely with our CMO and partnering marketing agencies to push, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns.The concept and plan are in place. Now it is time to act!
Responsibilities● Writing copy (mainly in Vietnamese) for marketing collateral, including brochures, letters, emails, press articles, and website content.● Brainstorming, planning, and publishing campaigns on social media channels (Facebook, Zalo, Instagram, LinkedIn).● Setting up automation and marketing flows (Email, Zalo, SMS...)● Cross-team collaboration with the sales team to drive more inbound leads and DesignHub appointments● Monitoring and analyzing Google Analytics and CRM reports● Performing analysis of marketing metrics on a weekly and monthly basis● Producing an accurate summary of total and monthly marketing spend overview● Strong project management/organizational skills (time management is key)
Requirements● 2+ years of digital marketing experience (real estate marketing experience is a PLUS)● Degree in Marketing is not required, experience and attitude are more important to us!● Experience in carrying out successful marketing campaigns (Facebook, Zalo, Google)● Basic understanding of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager● Excellent organizational skills, ability to plan and prioritize your workload● Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint / Photoshop & Canva is a plus!● Proficiency in English both verbal and written● A positive person who is upbeat, solution-oriented, and goal-driven● Willing to learn and take initiative
