1. CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMISSION INTERN (THỰC TẬP SINH CHĂM SÓC KHÁCH HÀNG)
* ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries either by telephone, email, face to face or through social media
Consult properly about courses to students and ensure efficient conversion rate as targeted.
Process customer’s applications and requests
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, maintain customer databases
Weekly report to managers or urgent information if necessary
* QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Have good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese. Another language is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree
One year experience in service quality and customer care is a plus
Good communication and problem-solving skill
Be able to work in a team
Ability to maintain a calm and polite manner in stressful situations
Willingness to cooperate with customers and management to resolve any issues that may arise

2. GRAPHIC DESIGNER INTERN (THỰC TẬP SINH THIẾT KẾ ĐỒ HOẠ)
* ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Be responsible for Design of:
- POSM: Brochure, Catalog, Leaflet, Standee, Backdrop, Mockup, Hanger, …
- E-Marketing: Facebook Post, E-Banner, E-Poster, …
- Event: Key Visual, Invitation, Web, Poster, Booth, 3D View, …
Design learning books and teaching presentation with the head teacher
Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually, appealing and on-brand
Make videos for advertising when required
* QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
1-year experience
Passionate with Education field
Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
Have good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese. Another language is a plus
A keen eye for aesthetics and detail-oriented
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Have experience with video/ 3D software or wordpress is a plus
