Chi tiết công việc như sau: Mô tả Công việc JOB DESCRIPTION Client Leadership: On top of multi project and manage overall client portfolio independently Project Management: Direct execute project highly complicated budget > 10b Solution mix, channels mix Provide direction for team to execute project and manage on top performance, risk management, client status management Able to manage multiple project at same time, easy point out key issue to address Solution Provider: Work well vs client project decision maker (head/ c-level)to provide solution Join and win pitching project highly sophisticated with budget < 2000MB or full objective Personal: Influence decision maker of client team including: Give guidance, advice for client Proactively building long term relationship sharing values with Head of client decision maker People Leadership: Lead 3-4 AE (including Senior Executive) Team motivation level: 8/10 Provide clear roadmap/ program/ guidance for team under Individual coaching/ feedback stretching to get goal Thought Leadership: Lead internal project with the scope of department or company to build up internal capability Client Project: highly complicated full scope media branding to performance/ Solution mix Content/ Creative/ Portfolio issue People planning/ resource planning: Team Identify, structure, and solve the problem Avoid unnecessary work Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng Strong problem solving skills Identify key issue in different context and perspective to deliver project objectives Structuring the problem and prioritizing effectively to maximize resources Have capability to analyze and execute well under pressure Have good business acumen Able to manage client portfolio and P&L Understand client business objectives and work backward for the approach to support client deliver their KPIs Strong relationship building and engagement skills Effective negotiation Capability manage conflict Efficiency listener Proficient project management Create strong proposal Vendor management PMAX-er Identification Client Impact: Everything we do is ultimately to deliver real client impact and value.
