We are now more than capable of turning client requests into remarkable outcomes that do not only stay long in people minds but also boost business. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONCEPT & IDEATION (20%)
Proactively seek out new ideas in response to Creative Brief through a combination of experience, learnings, datas and social insights.
Understand how to form separated thoughts into a properly consistent theme/concept for campaigns (IMC, social) and always-on plans.
Ceaselessly catch up with trends and flexibly "translate" those trends into ideas on different platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
Support & stay close to the whole team (Jr. Art director; Designer, Planner) to build up creative ideas throughout internal creative brainstorm sessions.
PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT (20%)
Support the whole team (Creative Lead, Sr. Copywriter, Sr. Art Director, Art Director, designer) to enhance ideas as a consolidated creative deck.
Clearly & understandably present ideas to internal team.
EXECUTION (60%)
Deliver well-crafted copywriting for various creative formats in both Vietnamese & English.
Well collaborate with other members/teams to enhance creative quality.

Under 06 months of experience in copywriting field or content writer position (with idea orientation) in digital agencies or related fields (experienced in social campaigns is a plus)
Passionate with digital communications
Must have a cutting edge interest in social media and be abreast with the fast changing nature of social media and ensuring that new opportunities for engaging with customers are realized
Excellent in social writing skills (in English and Vietnamese).
Have a great passion for words and playing with words. Visual thinking skill is a plus
Be proactive and highly motivated
Keep an eye for details and desire for perfection
Time management skill
Collaborative & supportive for team‘s outcomes.
Open minded for learning data-driven creativity
"Can do" attitude is a must.
High sense of responsibility & result orientation.
