ACG is happily searching for a Talent Sourcer to join our Executive Search unit and manage the main stage of hiring process.
A sourcer’s activities include lead generation, candidate sourcing and outreach, analytics and reporting, employer brand promotion, building and maintaining a talent pool, and referral follow-ups.

Hiring activities coordination
Degree in HR, BA or relevant field
Have some experience in recruiting, is an excellent organizer and communicator, and gives great attention to details. Hands-on experience with sourcing strategies is preferred
Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
Sound knowledge of all sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean searches, recruiting via social platforms etc..)
Good interpersonal skills, able to handle people tactfully and sensitively.
Ability to work independently or team, manage multiple and often conflicting priorities.
Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Drive, client focused and results oriented. Quick decision making abilities
