With the upcoming busy sales season, we are looking for a Business Development Manager (Advanced services) to join us. As Business Development Manager you are responsible for growing our business. You will be a driving force for the company growth via your active client relationship building and sales process management. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Under the leadership of the Business Development Director, the Business Development Manager is responsible for the unit‘s operation. Business Development Manager ensures team‘s performance according to KPI set, annual sale & cross-sale target. Business Development & Client Service: Ensure unit reaching annual sale and cross-sale target (80%)
Clear business development plan to reach target annually.
Analyse potential client demands & budget to identify business opportunities
Keep discipline in account evaluation and action.
Continuously relook at client feedback and market needs for product and service innovation and optimization suggestions.
Specifically focusing on integrating member‘s company for product package building & commercial plan.
Team leadership: Build and retain talent force for Business Development Unit (20%)
Clear R&R (role and responsibility) of each member in the team, in project and in company.
Understand and support members to perform according to BD KPI set & annual target
Train, re-train or request company to train members with specific skill set or knowledge.
Pioneer leading innovation projects at dept level. Be exemplary for a proactive and disciplined attitude.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
Have solid experience in sales management
Have knowledge about integrated marketing, digital marketing models and tactics, research and data analytics.
Have good sales planning, negotiation, leadership, organization & critical skills.
Have discipline, positive & motivational personality.
