Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes
Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
Working with colleagues to develop strategy direction for a campaign
Proactively suggest new means of developing and understanding the brand
Collaborate with internal team to identify strategic needs, strategic ideas, and lead all aspects of strategic planning on preparation of new pitches
Give the exact proposition & strategic directions to the team
Monitor cultural and social trends, and their impact on consumers’ attitudes, behavior and perceptions.

Proven experience as a Strategic Planner
At least 3 years of working experience in Strategic Planner role at Digital agencies
Solid knowledge & thorough understanding of Digital Industry
Work independently and look at both the big picture and details
