BAEMIN is a food-tech startup in Vietnam. We are invested by Woowa Brothers, Korea's number 1 food delivery unicorn.
Campaign Marketers play a central role in driving the growth of BAEMIN. With our unique in-house marketing structure, you will get a chance to develop as a full stack marketer: develop both a depth in campaign management and a width in other marketing fields of branding, media planning and user experience design.

JD:
- Manage part of BAEMIN advertising & analytics accounts on specific platforms (to be
disclosed later);
- Develop execution & action plans to achieve Paid media objectives;
- Setup & maintain online advertising campaigns (From Awareness, App install to
Purchase and Re-engage);
- Manage budget allocation on each distribution channels;
- Manage spending vs. KPIs balancing to have dynamic optimization based on needs,
markets & real-time performance;
- Manage ads & performance incidents (data, technical integration, product feed, app
events, audience segmentation, creative optimization,...) to identify quick fixes;
- Ensure all online advertising best practices have been implemented & well structured;
- Collect performance reports from related teams;
- Conduct weekly performance reports on each channel & funnel;
- Recommend optimization tactics & identify growth.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
- Bachelor of Marketing/Business/Engineer/Mathematics or related majors;
- Experience in working with FB Ads, Google Ads is a plus (From Awareness, App install
to Purchase and Re-engage);
- Experience in Ecommerce/Mobile Apps is strongly preferred;
- English skills: Fluent;
- Computer skills: Office skills, Data analytics skills;
- Behavioral skills: Team work, hardworking, communication, learning;
- Skillset: Data analysis.
