JD:
0verseeing direct communications with customers through CRM marketing channels. Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value and re-purchase rate
Conceptualization and execution of acquisition and retention experiments and campaigns. Working closely with all departments to ensure CRM plan implementation and sustainability
Along with CRM leads, defining the customer base segmentation strategy for effective communication.
Ensuring the database is continuously segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
Work in partnership with other functions (BI, Data-science and other MKT departments) to analyze and develop a deep understanding of user segmentation, behaviour and customer journeys.
Defining the strategy to capture all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
Yêu cầu Tuyển dụng
1+ year experience in email marketing, notification push and/or social media.
Preferable have experience in a direct-to-consumer CRM management, retention marketing and
email marketing Number driven, creative, hardworking, methodical and very structured.
Willingness to learn in a fast moving environment. Pro-active attitude & ability to work both independently and within a team
Preferable have experience with CRM communication SaaS: SFMC, 0racle Responsys, …
Fundamental knowledge of responsive UX, HTML and CSS is a plus
