Build and establish relationships with key sources to market our portfolio of products to some of the nation's top employers;
Utilize customer knowledge to develop additional or new opportunities for the organization;
Generate leads, set appointments, make cold-calls, establish customer contact, negotiating prices and term and prepare sales agreements with prospective clients;
Leading and monitoring on the implementation of the projects by the deadline, working with clients to ensure smooth collaboration;
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction, work closely with other team to ensure client requests/demands are being addressed and incorporated;
Evaluate potential market opportunities and competitors, study the market inclusive, but not limit of competitors, carriers, manufacturers to be updated market trends, fluctuation, change;
Responsible for overall customer and/agents' relationship, both during initiation, implementation and upon transition to operation;
Proactively take part in events, conferences, etc...
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field;
At least 1-year experience in sales, business development, understanding of the sales process and dynamics;
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales;
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills;
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills;
Able to work well under pressure.
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs;
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback;
Excellent written and verbal English skills, knowledge of Korean is a plus.
